Account Deletion

Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your TaskPlot account and associated app data at any time.

Email deletion request

Please send the request from the email address registered to your TaskPlot account so we can verify ownership.

In-app deletion path

  1. Open TaskPlot and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account Management.
  4. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

What is deleted

Account deletion includes account information and app data associated with your account, including tasks, notes, journal entries, reminders, preferences, and feedback associated with your user account where technically and legally possible.

Individual data deletion

You can delete individual tasks, notes, journal entries, and reminders inside the app without deleting your whole account. You may also email us if you need help deleting specific data.

Processing time

Email deletion requests are processed within 30 days after account ownership is verified. In-app deletion may start sooner where available.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records if required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or backup recovery windows. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
