1. Agreement
By creating an account or using TaskPlot ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
TaskPlot is a personal productivity mobile and web app for tasks, sticky notes, diary entries, and reminders. It is provided as a research preview "as is", without warranty of any kind.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information.
- One account per person; do not share accounts.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to access another user's data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, journal entries, and other content you save in the app. We only access your content to operate the service (storage, sync, daily digest emails) and to respond to your support requests.
6. Email digest
If you opt in to the daily digest in Settings we send a once- per-day email summarizing your day's tasks, reminders, and journal note. You can unsubscribe at any time by toggling the setting off.
7. Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email planadmin@mydailyplan.app.
9. Disclaimer & liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
